They canceled the discounted rate I had booked through booking.com. The room itself was okay, but there was no soap, the Wi-Fi was weak, and the staff weren't accommodating.

The room was cramped and dirty, with a dirty mattress and sheets, and there was no hot water. The furniture and electrical setup were poor, there was no fan, and the air conditioner sounded like a tractor and couldn't be switched off. There wasn't an iron in the room either. The price was high for what you got, and the service was bad. The elevator got stuck, and every time we wanted to come or go we had to wait a long time for someone to open the door. Such a waste of time 😮💨

It cost 500,000 VND a night, which felt expensive for such a bad, unclean room.
