Richlane Residences

We loved the infinity pool, and the hotel and room were super clean. Our balcony room had an amazing view of the HCMC skyline. There are plenty of facilities both in and outside the room. It's away from the city center, but there's a mall and convenience store right beside the hotel, with cafes and local restaurants about 1km away.

The staff were really helpful, and there's a swimming pool too. It's a comfortable, cozy place at an affordable price, with everything you need. A big mall is right next door with restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, and there's even a small convenience store downstairs, less than 20 meters from the mall.

We had a great stay at Richland Residences by Mapletree. Our 2 Bedroom Deluxe on the 8th floor was comfortable and clean, with 82 sq.m of space. It had a cooking area, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and housekeeping came daily. Other room options include 1 Bedroom Deluxe, A Studio Deluxe, and 3 Bedroom Deluxe. The property shares a building with Oakwood Residences, and both are under Ascott. The pool is large, with locations on the 5th and 30th floors. Fitness rooms are on those floors too, with the 5th floor one being larger. They're open daily from 6am-9pm. Breakfast is served on the ground floor inside Oakwood Saigon Residence. The selection was fine, the food was nice, and staff were pleasant. They asked for our room number, and the noodle station changed its noodle style each day. The front office and F&B staff were nice as well. It's in Zone 7, about 4 km from the city center. With no traffic, getting there takes only 15-20. Very satisfying stay. #ITEHCMC2025

06/12/2025 Saturday 12pm (Waiting for grab at lobby) 09/12/2025 Tuesday 11am (Collecting my breakfast at lobby) I'm a customer here, and I saw the same security guard shout at delivery riders on two occasions. First, while I was waiting for my grab taxi, he loudly told riders not to park or ride into the car pouch. Then when I was waiting for food I'd ordered, he shouted at my delivery rider again for riding into the car pouch to hand me my food. They work hard in all kinds of weather to make an honest living. Do they deserve to be yelled at just because they're delivery workers? Looking through the 1-star Google reviews, I saw several mention the security guard's poor, uncouth attitude. Richland management, please remember that security guards and bellboys are the first impression of service quality for customers and visitors. If a guard shouts at people and disregards the hotel's reputation, how much damage could that do to it in the future?
