Signy House Hotel & Apartments Bach Dang River - Doan Nhu Hai

There are plenty of good food spots, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, and it was easy to get to many of Ho Chi Minh City's main attractions from this quiet District 4 location. I spent a week in a compact, clean loft with a small kitchen, basic amenities, and a few cooking utensils. I’d definitely come back for a longer stay.

I have some safety concerns about the place that I’d rather not share publicly, but I’m happy to tell the team if they ask. Otherwise, it’s a solid choice, and I love the location.

Michel was quick to reply whenever I needed to check something, which made the stay feel reassuring. I spent a week at his place and had no problems with check-in or checkout. The room is on the small side, though fine for one person, and the location is handy for many of the places people recommend seeing in Saigon. A really good deal, and I’d happily recommend it.

I planned on staying a week and wound up being there for a couple of weeks. The place is tucked off the main road, so it stays peaceful and worked well for resting or getting online work done. Around the corner on the same block I found plenty of local food spots, cafes, and a convenience store, even though the area didn't look very lively at first. Two bridges nearby make it easy to walk into downtown. I’d recommend staying here.
