Woody House Saigon Center

We were allowed to park our motorcycle inside and would come back. The rooms were clean and good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It's centrally located, down a quiet alley.

I love this clean, peaceful place. It was nice staying here, and I'd certainly book it again when I come to HCM.

I was shocked when my WhatsApp account was blocked for spam after I contacted the place. I first asked through Booking whether they had a storage room, but got no reply. Their Facebook page listed direct contact details and WhatsApp as an option, so I messaged them there. I assume someone on the other end blocked and reported me as spam instead of responding. I found somewhere else that seemed more client-oriented. This has never happened to me before.

There was a power outage, and I got the impression they knew it was coming. They stayed quiet instead of warning customers, seemingly to keep them there. When I asked for a refund, they initially offered 720k, less than I'd paid for one night, even though nearly a day and a half was affected. They later raised it to 900k, but that still wasn't enough given that I had to find another place. I had thought well of the place before, but I don't anymore.
