The laundry charge was a shock because nobody told me the price when I asked about the service. When I called reception to get an explanation, the staff member was dismissive and rude, offered no proper answer, and hung up on me. I spoke with him in person later, but he was just as disrespectful and made no effort to sort things out. The room itself also fell short of basic standards. The door lock didn't work properly, the body soap seemed watered down, and the hand soap had gone bad. Between the room upkeep and the lack of transparency and professionalism, this was a very poor stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms are lovely, and the location is handy, with many Indian restaurants within walking distance. Be careful with late checkout: the free option only covers up to 30 minutes past your checkout time. More than that costs extra, and if you don't want to pay, you'll have to wait in the lobby, which could be awkward with an evening flight. The price also depends on when you told them the day before. They charge less if you let them know before 5-6pm, and more if you tell them later.

What stayed with me most was how much care the hotel put into making our honeymoon feel special. We mentioned we were newlyweds, and on arrival found rose petals on the bed, soft romantic lighting, chilled sparkling wine, and a handwritten wish for our happiness. Huge thanks to Ms. Dieu for setting it all up. It felt like walking into a dream. The room was spotless, airy, scented, and nicely designed, with a breathtaking view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities felt luxurious. Staff were attentive and cheerful without hovering, and made sure we had what we needed. From the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed. This became one of our most memorable experiences, and we'll treasure those memories. Whenever I visit Saigon, this will be my choice.

A quick birthday getaway turned into something really memorable. I'd casually mentioned on the booking call that it was around my birthday, and found balloons, a small cake, and a sweet note waiting in the room. I wasn't expecting it, and it caught me by surprise in the best way. The room was comfortable with a lovely view, and everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. I'll be back for sure!

I travel to Saigon for business and would choose this hotel again. The room was tidy and cleaned every day, and the evening turndown service helped me sleep comfortably. They also left small gifts and kind wishes, which made me feel well looked after. I appreciated the hospitality and service throughout. Big thanks to Ms. Thu - HK for getting my laundry done in time so I had my clothes when I needed them.
