We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment that was roomy and clean, with contemporary design, a fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, and private balcony. It felt like a home away from home, which is rare in the city. Somerset Feliz is in Thu Duc City (District 2), offering a quiet, secure retreat from the central bustle, with convenient access to the city center by Taxi/Grab (Uber). The facilities make it a strong option for families and longer visits: there’s a large year-round outdoor pool, water slide, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, modern gym, tennis courts, and steam room/sauna. Staff were attentive, helpful, and consistently polite, handling requests efficiently. Somerset Feliz Ho Chi Minh City combines the space and comfort of a modern serviced apartment with resort-style amenities, especially useful for travelers with children or those staying longer.

We came from Melbourne with my wife, our eight-month-old, and my mother-in-law. The location was great, very quiet, with convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. The room was exceptionally clean and the facilities were amazing. We loved the pool, the plants, and just wandering around. The reception area was extremely clean too. Tracey, Sam, and the whole concierge team were wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kept my little daughter entertained. Exceptional!

The washing machine in the room was really handy, and the swimming pools are fantastic, especially the water slide. The location was decent too if you want to walk around somewhere away from the city’s hustle and bustle. A great place to stay with children, and I’d definitely come back.

Housekeeping kept our room clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My family and I had a good visit, and checking in was easy.

We had a nice two-night stay. The service was helpful, and security kept an eye on the pool and reminded people about safety. The room was clean and had a full kitchen, plus a washer and dryer. There’s a big pool, a lounge, a Starbucks on the ground floor, and 24-hour marts nearby.
