The apartment was modern, clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, and communication was superb. Arriving at 3pm, check-in was really easy. There was a nice welcome letter, and a thank-you letter at checkout too. Thanks Spring gardens apartment. I'll be back on my next trip.

The rooms and public areas were very clean, and the hosts were outgoing and pleasant. One of the young managers was especially friendly and informative. Spring gardens is a cool place to stay, and we had a great experience.

Tommy, the manager, makes you feel welcome here. It's an excellent place to stay.

The facilities were decent, and the rest of the Spring Gardens staff did a pretty good job picking up the slack. But one staff member, Mr. Pham V Trieu, made my week there feel like hospitality hell. From the first day, he seemed indifferent. A simple question got a sigh and an eye-roll, and it was hard to get even basic help. His snide remarks and condescending tone made me feel like I was intruding at his private party instead of paying for a room. My stay swung between okay and awful because of that treatment. Unless being made to feel unwelcome on vacation sounds appealing, I'd think twice about staying at Spring Gardens.

Getting around the city was quick by taxi or Grab, and the room itself was beautiful and comfortable. Our hosts answered any questions or concerns really quickly. We had a great stay, and I couldn't be happier. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.
