Sunflower Boutique Studio Apartment

It was easy to settle in here: there’s a kitchen, balcony, fast wifi and a washing machine in the room, plus daily cleaning and a secure building. The owners are lovely, and supplies like toilet paper and tissues get refilled whenever the room is cleaned. There are plenty of shops nearby, and it’s good value for money. The walls are a little thin, and District 4 has karaoke nearby, though it usually doesn’t go too late. That’s about the only downside I could find. I definitely recommend it.

District 4 is a gem, and the location here is hard to beat. There are so many food options around, and the staff at Sunflower have always been friendly and helpful. Chị Tina, the owner, is sincere and has a real motherly warmth. I first came as an Airbnb guest, then ended up living here for three years. It really became my home. The apartment is beautifully maintained, and I made many significant memories during my time there. Sunflower and the people who make it what it is will always mean a lot to me.

Getting checked in was easy, and the studio was VERY clean. They even provided free detergent for the washing machine. The wifi briefly went out in my unit, but I told them downstairs and it was restored quickly. The AC worked great, too. My only issues were the stairs up to the unit and the open bathroom layout. I’d rather have a Western style bathroom with a separate shower or a tub and shower.

I’ve stayed at The Sunflower Boutique Studio twice on one trip. It’s in District 4, so you can get almost anywhere in just a few minutes, yet evenings here stay low key and quiet. The place is simple and nice, and the staff are friendly and willing to help, from motorbike rental to apartment cleanliness and local information. Management is top rate, quick to answer questions and ready to help with anything. What a great find. Highly recommend it!
