I stayed for six days and would recommend it to someone travelling alone. The staff were polite, professional, and friendly, and the hotel is very close to Aeon mall. The room was adequate and quiet, with both a fan and air conditioning. The bed was on the firm side but still comfortable. I only wish there had been a refrigerator. There’s also an elevator.
Bad.
I booked here for an overnight stay while I had business in Tan Phu. The reception staff were enthusiastic and gave me detailed instructions. The sheets were pretty dusty, and I could hear creaking noises while trying to sleep. Soundproofing didn’t seem very good. At 350k VND a night, I wasn’t expecting much, and it was okay.
The place was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the price was reasonable. I absolutely love this hotel and will definitely come back on my next business trip. Thank you, hotel.
They quoted me 100k for the first hour, then 20k for each hour after that. When I returned to the reception desk, they charged 150k and said it was because it was Sunday. Why wasn’t that mentioned upfront? They told me one price and charged a completely different amount.
