The room was simple, clean and comfortable, and for an old hotel that looks like it may date from the 80s, it wasn't bad. Much of the place is tiled, which helps it feel cleaner and a bit more luxurious. But the elevators and corridors need work. They're dated, the elevator carpet is gross, and the corridors were a little dirty. I sat on a wet Ottoman in the lobby, and the front desk didn't seem to care at all. The staff, especially in the restaurant, acted like high schoolers who didn't care about the job and just wanted a paycheck. Breakfast and restaurant staff were the worst. My friend has darker skin than I do, and the restaurant staff treated me better because of my skin tone. We ate breakfast at different times and got completely different treatment. That's unacceptable in a major tourist city. RACIST AND CARELESS STAFF.

Victor at the front desk was efficient and very helpful, from checking us in and arranging taxis to seeing us off at checkout. We only stayed briefly because we were busy sightseeing, but the room and service were excellent and did what we needed. The hotel is closer to the airport, roughly midway between there and the city, so getting a taxi into town was relatively easy.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and breakfast each morning was delicious with a good range of options. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Wilson at the front desk deserves a special mention for his kindness and warm smile. The tall receptionist with glasses was just as welcoming and went out of his way to help us. Sorry I didn't catch your name! I had an amazing stay and am already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

This is a great airport hotel option, with a spacious room, friendly staff and a good breakfast. It's only a 7-minute drive from the airport. My booking included a free shuttle service, which turned out to be a private driver just for me. I booked it with reception that morning, about 30 minutes before I needed to leave. The hotel does laundry by the item. If you just want a bag or load washed, I'd recommend Flash Laundry, about a 5-minute scooter ride away. They offer a 4-hour pickup and drop-off service. Mine was 1kg to 3kg, and delivery included, for 66k. They collected it at 4.30pm and brought it back at 8pm. You can message them on Facebook Messenger.

I stayed at Hub Hotel Saigon on a business trip in June-July 2025, and it was a great experience. The airport is nearby, the rooms were clean, and service was excellent. Everyone, from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant, was very friendly. The breakfast drinks stood out: iced coffee, milk coffee, soy milk, fruit juice, tea, and hot or cold water. The dining area was spacious too. There's also a large parking lot that's easy for cars to get into, and a nice place for an evening walk or light jog. Balcony access is unusual at an airport hotel. I loved opening the door in the morning for fresh air and a view of the sky. I'd gladly stay here again.
