The location wasn’t convenient, and the cleanliness was very poor. We had to change rooms because the sheets were covered in other people’s hair and fake eyelashes. The floor and bathroom had the same problem. Check-in is at 16:00, and early check-in costs 60000 per hour. We felt very uncomfortable with the woman managing things through WhatsApp, who never appeared in person. Even after we told her we were going to the ATM, she kept insisting that we pay for the room. It’s common to pay on the last day, but she sent so many persistent messages that we felt pressured, even though we’d sent her my ID and passport.

The room and sheets were clean, and I liked having a balcony where I could sip coffee and take in the view. The kitchen was tidy too, and I even left the landlord a treat in the fridge. He was understanding and set up a Zalo group to make it easier for me to follow how things worked at the hotel. They take all kinds of payments. Thanks, I’ll definitely book again.

The room was really good, and there’s a kitchen guests can use. It’s in a great spot and the price is amazing. The woman who runs the place was lovely to deal with and very accommodating. I’d recommend staying here.

A little dated, but the price is reasonable.

Te House is in a pleasant area that feels nice at night, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. For the money, it’s a great deal. If all you need is somewhere to sleep with the essentials covered, it works perfectly.
