The project keeps getting delayed, over and over. I don't know whether Novaland can survive or has enough funds to carry on. I'm not sure how those five-star ratings and gorgeous pictures were made, but this is what it's like right now.

This is a VIP area with few trees, and the best view is from a higher floor. The apartment is right on Co Bac street near the market, but the plot is small for such a prime location.
