Spotlessly clean, quiet, and with awesome wifi. The hotel is in Binh Tan district, with well-appointed rooms and helpful, service-oriented staff. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, plus a large mall 500 meters away. I can’t emphasize the cleanliness enough.

There were cockroaches and ants in the hotel. When I raised it with the supervisor, they blamed the guest for bringing food that attracted cockroaches. Unbelievable. I’m really disappointed in what’s supposed to be a luxury hotel.

The guys working there were arrogant and should learn to respect their customers. They could learn from Malibu hotel Vung Tau, where they know what service means. I definitely won’t be coming back.

The room was very nice, clean, and cosy, and the surroundings were quiet. Staff were professional, friendly, and spoke English. Food is easy to get to on foot nearby. It’s a bit expensive, but there’s a dedicated smoking corner, and it’s worth staying.
