A convenient, peaceful place with lots of greenery, and it feels good for families. There are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants, plus a model gym and golf room.

The building is beautiful, but its value takes a hit from the management and security team. The guards are unprofessional and impolite, especially the man who is often near Every Half. Go to M5 to see what polite, respectful security service looks like. I've seen cheaper apartment buildings that do better. I feel sorry for the owner of Every Half, since renting a space alongside such an unpleasant group is likely to put many tenants off.

It also has a multicultural community with many expats, and people are friendly and civilized, so there are interesting opportunities to meet and learn from others. The complex feels modern and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. Daily life is convenient here: the swimming pools, gym, children's playgrounds, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets are all inside the complex. Security is also reassuring, with 24/7 guards and key card access. Midtown M8 is an ideal place for families or anyone looking to improve their quality of life.
