The service wasn’t very good, and the place looks quite outdated.

I’m really upset with the security guard on the afternoon of 24/03, at around 3 pm. I was standing waiting for the bus when he suddenly took a hose and sprayed water onto my shoes. I’d already moved to one side after seeing him spray, but he still aimed the water over at me. I was visibly annoyed but didn’t say anything, just brushed my shoes off with my hand. He saw me and sneered. Then, when my friend waved to catch the bus, he sprayed water at my friend too. What was that attitude supposed to mean? Was I treated so disrespectfully because I wasn’t a guest? The hotel should look into how its staff behave.

Getting around is convenient, it’s near the city center, and the price is good. The downside is that there’s no parking, so cars have to park on the street.
