Management is poor. The fire alarm goes off every day, and the elevator breaks down too often. The guards aren’t there and are useless, and they won’t hold parcels for you. Maybe the office side is okay, but living on floors 24-30 is upsetting. The built-in air conditioner can’t be replaced, and electricity is VERY expensive. My last bill was 8.5 million dong for electricity, 2 million for the management fee, and 600,000 VND for water. The old air conditioner costs too much to replace, the bill is outrageous, and it doesn’t even cool the room. If you don’t use the air conditioning, it’ll be fine.

The building charges a high management fee, but the place is dirty. The parking area is dim, with peeling, grimy paint and a bad smell, and they don’t even turn on all the lights. The reception counter is dirty too, and there’s no air conditioning in the lobby. Even the VICTORY TOWER lettering has a broken letter that they haven’t bothered to fix. The toilet is filthy and doesn’t even have a bidet sprayer. What is the building management doing with the fees? A large company ought to be able to keep its building clean.

The reception staff came across as dismissive and unfriendly. They weren’t helpful to guests coming in or going out, and seemed unwilling to cooperate. Building management should work on improving the service.

On this side of the VNM building, a driver parked right beside the VNM building's steamed bun and then ran over it. There were plenty of employees in the car, yet none of them seemed to notice the object they had driven over right in front of the vehicle.
