It’s peaceful here, with the rooms tucked among the hills. The rooms are comfortable and beautiful, and we were very happy with the staff service. They gave us good information and arranged a good private car at a reasonable price.

We were a group of seven and stayed during Tet in February 2026, in Deluxe Family Rooms 104 and 105. The grounds were pleasant and the resort was quiet, but the price felt high for what we got, and the property didn’t look as impressive as the online photos suggested. Both rooms seemed dark and a bit dingy, and the huts and rooms looked more dated in person. In Room 105, a bathroom smell lingered and there was noise at night from that area. We told reception, but it wasn’t fixed during our stay. Room 104 had a toilet problem for the first couple of days, which was eventually fixed on day three, but dealing with it early on was frustrating. We also weren’t told about amenities or activities like bikes unless we asked, and dinner was bland and overpriced while breakfast was limited and repetitive. We arranged touring and transfers through the resort and got the price in writing, including that we had seven people with seven suitcases. When staff saw the luggage on arrival, they raised the transfer price, which was disappointing. If you book transport there, I’d get the final vehicle type and price, with luggage included, confirmed in writing before arriving. Some booking sites list it as a four-star property, but the rooms and service didn’t feel that way to us. It was expensive for what it is, though Tet pricing may have played a part. If value matters, I’d consider places closer to Tam Coc or Ninh Binh.

The bungalow was amazing, quiet, peaceful, clean, and really nice. We loved our stay. The pool was great, and the people were kind and helpful. If you’re after peace and quiet, stay here, and check out the Sunset restaurant down the road too.

We felt warmly welcomed and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. My one caution is about booking logistics through the hotel. We felt pressured to book a bus to Hue, and were assured several times that it would arrive at 5am, in time for our pre-booked onward travel. It actually arrived at 9am. We chose to book through the hotel, so that part was our responsibility, but staff were very confident in their advice despite our asking repeatedly about the timing and arrival details. They should be more careful with that advice and respect guests’ boundaries.
