Staff were friendly and helped us with tour options and renting a motorbike or bicycle. The pool was clean and a good size, and we found the room and bathroom good and clean. It’s well placed in central tam coc, so lots is walkable. There was some nighttime noise from a nearby bar, but nothing too bad. I’d stay again.

Loan was an incredible host. She gave us tips about the area, suggested places to visit, helped plan our days, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The whole family were kind and attentive, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. It’s a family-run homestay with a lovely pool, spotless rooms, and the most comfortable beds we’ve had on our travels. The location is great, right near Tam Coc’s center but still peaceful. Motorbike rentals and laundry were very affordable, which made things easier. It felt like a home away from home, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you so much for the stay!

The hosts were lovely, and they offer inexpensive scooter hire. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to walk to the tam coc river tour, restaurants, and bars. Other attractions are nearby too. I’d recommend it to friends and family and would happily stay again on a return to Ninh Binh.

We ended up here after our hotel was unexpectedly cancelled, and were very glad we did. The staff were great, especially Loan, who gave us wonderful advice and helped organize things. We’d definitely come back. If you’re staying in Tam Coc, we highly recommend Tam Coc Full House.

The breakfast was amazing, and we were really pleased with the tour they arranged. The staff were lovely and helpful, and they treated us to free ginger tea. There’s also a good, very inexpensive laundry service. I’d highly recommend staying here.
