The owner welcomed us with a big, warm smile, and the bungalow-style cottages sit around a lovely garden. It's a good value for the price, with an ideal location: attractions and amenities are within walking distance. Breakfast is freshly made to order, and you can rent bicycles, including ones with child seats, for a small extra fee. The swimming pool is nice, though there were quite a few insects in the water. There were some issues too. Under the bed, we found dirt that had clearly been there a while, along with objects and lots of dust. I'd suggest using another laundry service. Our clothes still had stains, one sock was missing, and a pair of trousers was hung badly enough to lose its shape. I also thought the laundry fee was rather high.

The scenery is beautiful, and there's lots of shopping nearby. The family are lovely and the service is great. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. Bike, motorbike, and overnight bus rentals were cheap.

The owner was so kind and helpful. I lost my sunglasses on the bus from Hue, and she went out of her way to help me look for them. The hosts are also happy to arrange tours or transport. At Tam Coc Thanh Dat Homestay, we found a lovely garden and outdoor pool area, beds that were incredibly soft and comfortable, and spacious rooms that were great for unwinding after exploring Tam Coc. It's a quiet, peaceful spot within a short walk of restaurants and attractions, and the value is great. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Tam Coc!

We were stuck in Ninh Bình in the middle of the night without anywhere to stay, and luckily they had a room ready for us straight away. The staff were lovely and helpful, and let us leave our bags for the day while helping us get to our next air bnb. Really nice people, and the room was very clean.

The hosts are what made Tam coc thanh thang special. They treated us like family, were always ready to help, and were happy to chat. The room was affordable, with hot water, AC, and breakfast included. Amazing place to stay, highly recommend. Năm sao ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
