Trang An Precious Homestay

Her cooking was a highlight, easily the best Vietnamese food I’ve had. The host is so warm and chatty, and knows the region inside out. I picked up loads about local culture and where to find the best spots and viewpoints. One of my best stays ever, and if I return, I’d stay with her again and eat her homemade food.

We first stopped in for breakfast and Mrs Ninh welcomed us with banana pancakes and passion fruit juice, which we quickly got hooked on. The room was neat and comfortable, and we wound up eating most of our meals there because everything was delicious. Mrs Ninh also suggested places to see, gave us a good rate on two rooms, arranged motorbikes, and booked our sleeper bus. Thanks again!

Ninh and her husband made us feel so cared for, and their homemade food was both delicious and hygienic. We especially loved the Pho and Bahn mi. They shared lots of useful advice about places to visit in and around Ninh Binh, rented us two wheelers for getting around, and helped arrange transport to our next stop at the best prices. Of all the places I stayed on my 15-day trip across Vietnam, Precious Home stay was my favourite. Thanks, Ninh, for such warm hospitality and a memorable stay!

Mrs. Ninh made the week for me. She helped plan each day and sort out transport, so it felt like having my own travel agent. The home cooking was amazing, especially the banana pancake, passion fruit juice, and chicken pho. One night she even invited me and another guest to have dinner with her family. The property is away from the tourist areas but still easy to reach by bike or scooter, which you can rent, and there's a lake you can walk to for a swim. Such a great way to stay while visiting Ninh Binh.
