Trang An Pristine View Homestay

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean, and laid out well. The name fits the amazing view, and the property feels quiet and tucked away. Staff were accommodating and very helpful, and the on-site restaurant served really good food. You can also rent a Motorscooter or bicycle, and there's a very good laundry service.

A really quiet, scenic part of Trang An, with a peaceful feel all around. The room was spotless, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The owner is incredibly kind and makes a lovely breakfast. There are good restaurants about a five-minute drive away, plus a wonderful one downstairs if you aren't driving. I'd recommend it if you want some peace and quiet.

We loved our stay and would happily come back. It's a beautiful, peaceful spot, and the hosts are very friendly. The hostess is lovely and cooks a wide range of dishes quickly and really well. You can get around by bicycle, rent a scooter, or just walk.

The convenient Tràng An location couldn't make up for how uncomfortable our stay became. Check-in was delayed, so we had to wait, and the host locked the main gate with our rented bikes inside. The host had said the bikes were theirs during the rental, but then blamed a "service provider" for there being no 24-hour access. We were left without transport. We also weren't allowed to use the kitchen, and the host's attitude felt unwelcoming. The faces made when we came in left us feeling like a burden. The photos didn't make it clear there were two separate areas, one inside and another outside the main property, so it was confusing to know what we were booking. The beds weren't comfortable and had visible stains; they hadn't been changed by the third day. We eventually moved to a nearby homestay with much better service and transparency. I wouldn't recommend this place if a welcoming atmosphere and reliable access to amenities matter to you.
