Viet Huong Hotel

He helped carry my suitcase up and down to our room, then came out to help with our bags and say goodbye when we were leaving. Such a friendly hotel owner. I'd stay here again if I return to Ninh Binh, and really recommend it.

The owners are such lovely people, especially the woman who let us check in at 3 a.m. She helped sort out our laundry and get me set up with a motorbike rental. I also left my passport there and had to rush back for it, but she offered to drive me all the way to the bus station so I wouldn't miss my bus. So kind :))

The woman and her husband who run this place have been the most helpful people we've met in Vietnam so far. We accidentally booked our room for April instead of March and didn't realize until we arrived, when we had no booking. She understood, found us a room right away, and waived the cancellation charge through booking.com. They sorted out a moped quickly, recommended lovely parts of Ninh Binh, and let us check out late for a small fee. The staff also had no problem taking our 9 kg of laundry. We've been in Vietnam for three weeks, and this was our favorite hotel. Thanks so much, I'd definitely recommend it if you're in Ninh Binh.

After our night bus, we booked a room at the last minute for a 4 a.m. check-in, and the hosts were happy to accommodate us. The room was clean and spacious. The next morning, they were very helpful in arranging a taxi to our next hostel.
