Emm Hotel Hoi An

Everyone at ÊMM Hotel Hoi An was so welcoming and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile and real care. The service was the highlight for me and went beyond what I expected. The location is very convenient, right in the center near shops, cafes, and the old town, so getting around and shopping was easy. My room was bright and spacious, with a lovely design and a comfortable, relaxing feel. I highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

Kim, Cuong, Daisy, and No made our stay at Emm Hoi An Hotel really memorable. At the restaurant, Kim was warm and attentive and made sure everything was right, while No made us some amazing cocktails that we enjoyed so much. Cuong and Daisy were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived at reception. They made everything feel smooth and comfortable. The team made the visit feel personal and enjoyable. We highly recommend the hotel.

The manager upgraded our room, which was beautiful, and the receptionist and manager were both friendly and explained the resort in detail. The place felt great from the moment we arrived, and it was lovely and clean. Guests can use the pool, restaurant, and bicycles. 10/10, highly recommend.

We left EMM Hotel Hoi An extremely disappointed by how it handled its child policy during our January 1-3 family stay with my husband and our six-year-old. I’d entered my child’s age as five while booking. At check-in, the hotel said six-year-olds weren’t complimentary and charged us VND 300,000. They didn’t provide an extra bed or any added amenity to go with that fee. When I politely asked for one extra bottle of water because we were being charged for our child, they flatly refused. It felt petty, rigid, and inhospitable, and overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. At many hotels, especially ones marketed as family-friendly, a child sharing existing bedding stays free until at least 11 or 12. When there is a surcharge, it’s usually paired with something like an extra bed or basic in-room amenities. We received none of that. Families with young children should be careful to clarify every detail before booking. Hospitality also means fairness, flexibility, and caring about the guest experience, and those were missing for us.
