We only booked a couple of nights, and I wish we’d stayed longer. There are lots of fun places along the street, and it was easy to catch a Grab wherever we needed to go. The location was perfect, the rooms were spacious and nice, the bathroom was beautiful, and the pool was peaceful. Breakfast was included and amazing, and the front desk ladies were so sweet. Customer service was 100%. They even provide bikes for free! I’d absolutely recommend it, and I’ll stay here again when I’m back.

We booked two rooms at Royal Mansion. At first I was given a junior suite at the back that looked straight onto a rooster coop. It was loud and smelly, so I asked to switch rooms. The staff kindly moved me, and the new room was lovely. I really appreciated them accommodating the request. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay, greeting us with big smiles each morning. Breakfast had a decent selection. Once the room problem was sorted, we had a very pleasant visit, thanks to the great service.

We had a lovely family stay at Royal Mansion Boutique Hoi An over the New Year holiday. The New Year’s Eve celebration was a real highlight: a tasty buffet with lots of variety and entertainment all evening, so adults and kids could enjoy the festive atmosphere. It made welcoming the New Year feel special. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well cared for, and the large pool was great for cooling off after time exploring the town or beach. The hotel is within easy reach of both the beach and Hoi An Old Town, while still feeling calm and peaceful. Staff were warm, attentive, and consistently helpful from the moment we arrived, and made us feel welcome the whole time. We’d happily return and recommend it to families and couples.

The spa was clean and quiet, and I had a wonderful massage for a very reasonable price. I slept well in the comfortable beds, and our room was clean and fresh. The staff were kind and funny and helped us with everything. Such a lovely hotel.

We’ll definitely return. The staff were kind and attentive, the rooms were a good size, and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and tasted good, and the hotel’s in a great location.
