Banyan Tree Lang Co Resort

This was our second stay at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, and it felt just as magical as before. We spent four wonderful days in a stunning Beachfront Villa, and felt the resort’s warmth from the moment we arrived. Mr. Hieu, the Front Office Manager, and his team were waiting with big smiles when we stepped out of our pickup. Ms. Dao, the Hotel Manager, greeted us so warmly and showed such genuine care that we felt valued and at home throughout the trip. Tuan, our villa host, was the heart of the vacation. He’s a superstar, handling everything behind the scenes and coordinating seamlessly with his team. They communicated and worked so well together that everything happened smoothly and easily. It felt like one big family taking care of us. Thanks to Tuan, Ms. Dao, and Mr. Hieu, the whole trip was unforgettable, carefree, and relaxing. We’re already dreaming about visit number three to Banyan Tree Lăng Cô!

On our first trip to Vietnam, we were so glad we chose Banyan Tree Lang Co. The scenery was unforgettable, with the sea, mountains, rice fields, stars, and more, and the resort team really pampered us. So many people helped make the trip memorable and enjoyable. Linh met us at the airport, and Jennie from guest service always responded to our requests and coordinated day trips and dinner reservations. Hai, Nga, and many others looked after us at Water Court, while Giang was at Saffron. The transport team tirelessly brought us a buggy whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Our two wonderful tour and transport teams, Hung & Thuat and Quan & Kent, taught us so much about the history of Hue, Imperial City, and Da Nang, as well as Cham and Vietnamese ways of life. The one flaw was housekeeping. The team could use more training to be more observant about checking that things work and replenishing room amenities. One day we even had to empty the used pods from the coffee machine ourselves. When we raised the issue, though, the team were polite and apologetic, which put us at ease. They’re a great team overall, and we appreciated the lovely turndown service every day. We’ll definitely be back to explore the areas we missed.

The beach villa view was stunning, and the room was really comfortable. Getting here takes about an hour from the city center, but Banyan Tree makes the distance feel worthwhile with its hospitality. Breakfast had plenty of choices and styles, including make-your-own juice and dishes with chia seeds. The spa was exceptional and helped me unwind. The staff were professional throughout, and Jade deserves a special thank you for helping us with arrangements and reservations. If you need to go into the city, the hotel can arrange a taxi for a day. I’d highly recommend booking a beach villa.

Xuan made my marriage proposal come together beautifully. She helped me plan every detail and made sure the setup went smoothly. I couldn’t have managed it without her. Yen was just as wonderful, always smiling and ready to help, with a level of care and service we’ve rarely experienced. Both of them made our stay at Banyan Tree unforgettable. We highly recommend the hotel, especially for the care these two gave us.
