The staff were awesome, accommodating, and very friendly. When our tour bus didn’t show up at the scheduled time, they called the company and saved the day. Thanks, Canary Hotel staff! It’s a good budget option for backpackers who want a private room. Mine was clean and had a big window for natural light. If you can, avoid room 505: two large air conditioners right outside ran all night and rattled loudly. I had earplugs, though.

The receptionist and staff were ultra friendly. They even packed us a mini breakfast because we were leaving early for a tour. Breakfast is included by default. The hotel is in central Hue, near lots of restaurants and an active nightlife. The rooms were very clean.

The balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and some of the furniture was tatty. They didn’t take digital payments. Pretty average.
