The water pressure was a little weak, but the room had the basic amenities and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. It's easy to get around from here, with the walking street and pub right behind the hotel. A good stay, and an excellent location.

Breakfast was authentic Vietnamese food, and I really enjoyed the pho. The shower with water massage was nice, too. The room was extremely clean and big, with courteous, impeccable service. Mid town hotel is very close to the parfume River and many well-known places of interest.

The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the scenic river, and the location is great. We had clean, spacious, comfortable rooms, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted delicious. There's also a gym and rooftop swimming pool. All the staff were helpful and provided excellent service. I highly recommend staying here!

The only thing I was looking forward to was leaving and never coming back. The staff seemed unenthusiastic. Breakfast had a good selection, though it would get boring over a three-day stay. The gym and pool had the oldest equipment my grandma has ever seen. In the room, there were yellow spots on the towel, the water flow was slow, and the Wi-Fi was poor. The exterior walls were extremely old and unpainted, and the hallways smelled. Worst four-star hotel I've ever stayed in.

Nhu and Uyen were the biggest plus: friendly, soft-spoken, and ready to help from check-in through check-out. They made it feel like they actually cared about guests, not just doing a service. The hotel was clean, and my room was neat, comfortable, and cozy rather than overly hotel-like. Its location is convenient for getting around central Hue. I was genuinely satisfied with my recent stay, and would definitely choose Midtown Hue again if I return to Hue.
