Everything was good apart from a couple of small hassles. The room had no fridge, though there was a shared one on the ground floor, and the balcony door was hard to lock.

The owner is so friendly, and the room decor is really nice. It's cheap, but the quality doesn't feel cheap. Everything's so convenient, I'd give it 10,000 out of 100 VND.

That balcony is so relaxing, perfect for a coffee break, and there's a big covered parking area. The room was clean, airy, and beautiful. 10 out of 10!

The owner was very attentive. We were in Hue for three days of heavy rain and kept borrowing his raincoat. He noticed we had two children and kindly brought us extra blankets. Message him on Zalo if you need anything, he replies quickly. He also rents motorbikes. There's a spot to warm up food for the kids and a BBQ area available for an extra fee. The place was spotless, from the bathroom to the lovely smelling bedding. Our room had a balcony, kettle, hairdryer, simple decor, comfortable furniture, double curtains, and a projector for movies or music. I think people should stay here when they visit Hue.

I'd never stayed in a homestay before, so I can't really compare or know how to rate it. Still, I had a good experience.
