Pilgrimage Village Resort & Spa

Our four nights at Pilgrimage Village were special from the moment we arrived. Check-in was excellent, our host made us feel like royalty, and we were upgraded to a bungalow. It really has everything you need for a resort stay. We used the pool, gym, and spa each day, and the breakfast had a good range of high-quality items. The guest relations team were always ready to help, especially Claudia. Their WhatsApp concierge made it easy to book activities and ask questions. The shuttles into the city centre ran on time for us, with several trips each morning and afternoon. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended ♥️

We had no complaints at all. The food was incredible, and every member of staff was fantastic. Claudia, the manager, deserves a special thank you. She was a sweetheart, excellent at her job, and made us feel like old friends. We were upgraded to an amazing room in the quiet “no-kids” pool area, which made everything extra peaceful. This was one of the best places we stayed during our Vietnam trip. Highly recommend it if you’re after somewhere calm, high quality, and welcoming in Hue.

We loved our Villa Double room. It was spacious, luxuriously decorated, and had a comfortable bed and a well set up bathroom with a good shower. A heated pool was right outside the room’s “back door/patio”. The staff were attentive, polite, professional, and very helpful. Aditya stood out for us, looking after us from check-in through the rest of our stay. We also enjoyed both restaurants: the breakfast spot and the dinner restaurant served refined, tasty food in lovely settings. The grounds were beautiful to walk around, with tropical and garden areas and three different pools. Just be aware it’s about 7km from the city centre. Guests can use the hotel shuttle.

The complimentary shuttle into town was punctual and handy. It made it easy to visit Hue’s lively bars and restaurants, then return to the resort’s quiet, leafy surroundings. As vegetarians, we also appreciated the restaurant’s flavorful, authentic plant-based choices. From arrival, Pilgrimage Village impressed us with its peaceful atmosphere and design, which mixes rustic charm with luxury. A heartfelt thank you to Ni Na, Aditya and Claudia, whose attentiveness and warm, professional hospitality made us feel cared for and turned a good stay into a memorable one. It’s a lovely place to unwind after sightseeing, with a team that truly looks after your comfort. We can’t wait to come back.
