Senna Hue Hotel

The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment we got there, and we were sorry to leave. After a noisy hotel, switching to Senna hotel was the right call, though we wished we could have stayed longer. We had a garden view double room with an extra bed for our 6 year old. It was spacious, the shower was huge, and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool, where staff helped us with towels and loungers. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of local and Western choices. The location worked well too: the walking street was five minutes away, and the Citadel was about a 20-minute walk. For a great local meal nearby, try Nina's Cafe. We'd definitely stay here again if we come back to Hue.

Senna Hue Hotel made our time in Hue especially memorable. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable, and the whole team gave us a warm welcome and was caring, attentive, and ready to help throughout our stay. A special thank you to RY for his kindness, professionalism, availability, and wonderful service. He also helped us meet lovely people who showed us Hue, which made everything easier and more enjoyable. We'll remember his support and welcome fondly. I really liked the peaceful feel of Hotel Senna. The inner garden is a lovely feature, and its thoughtful design lets the air flow well, making it a nice spot to relax. My room was bright, spacious, well equipped, and had a balcony overlooking the garden. The price was very reasonable, and breakfast had a good range of choices. The location is right in the city centre, within a short walk of Hương River, Tràng Tiền Bridge, the walking streets, and plenty of good local restaurants and cafes. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always glad to help. Hotel Senna is one of my favorites among the 4-5 star hotels I've stayed at in Huế, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue.

The soundproofing wasn't great for a light sleeper. At night I could hear music and people chatting, as well as noise from the school across the road. Even so, staff from reception to the bell boys were warm and helpful, with truly exceptional service. It's a short walk from both the main walking street and the Imperial City, and I'd book here again without hesitation.
