I’m not arguing about the 350 for an overnight stay, but the room wasn’t worth the price. I rented it, then had an urgent matter and had to leave that night after staying only an hour. When I returned the room, I apologized and asked them to understand, but they charged me 100 for the hour. Is that how people in Hue behave?

The price is high, and the service was really poor. The air-conditioned room was even hotter than the one without air conditioning because the AC wouldn't cool it. This motel was awful. I wouldn't recommend choosing it.

That door key was so difficult to use. Opening and closing the door took effort and made a lot of noise, which left me feeling embarrassed. We were there as a couple and paid 500k VND a night for a room with two double beds. We didn't see any other guests, or anyone coming and going, so I wondered if the higher price was because of that. I wish I'd read this review sooner 🥲

The owner was friendly, and the guesthouse felt clean and airy. It’s near Big C supermarket and the city center. Rooms have air conditioning, and prices start at 250k a day.

Driving around without a plan was such a hassle. I arrived in Hue early, around 2:30-3:00 PM, and was told every room was booked. But my friends called later that evening and were told rooms were available. Maybe they didn't want me arriving early and risking them missing out, but I can't know for sure. I won't go back. Everyone should look for a homestay if they want a more comfortable stay.
