The balcony room cost 400K and was terribly dirty. The lights stayed on all night, so sleeping was hard, and the door was left ajar without much privacy (see picture). The double bed had sheets and pillows that were incredibly dirty, and one side had no pillow or sheet. The wardrobe was full of clothes, leaving nowhere to store anything. In the bathroom, the shower head and valve were broken, the hot water kept cutting out, and the comb was filthy. I wouldn't use it. Hotels should provide disposable combs for guests. The old motorbike I rented from evening until noon for 150k broke down in the middle of the road. I called the receptionist, who came back and started it, acting dismissively as if I didn't know how to drive. It started perfectly well, so how could it have been broken? By checkout, the bike was gone, probably for repairs, but they still charged me the same rental fee and said nothing about the breakdown. The hotel had quoted 100-120k, but the receptionist charged 150k and was evasive, saying 200k as if to rip off the customer.

I booked a double room at the last minute on the 5th day of Tet (Lunar New Year) for only 900k VND, and it was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The manager was lovely and approachable, and told me to feel at home, which made me feel warm and comfortable. I'll definitely come back next time.
