The receptionist was very friendly and even let us leave our motorbike at the hotel for two weeks while we were on our trip to China. There’s a street market nearby, and the place itself is nice, with a clean, comfortable room. One thing to know: the location on Google Maps is off, it’s on the next parallel street. Thank you!

The room was big and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. It’s good value, right in central Lao Cai. There’s no breakfast at the hotel, but there’s a street market nearby, plus plenty of restaurants along the river.

The staff get 5/5 from me, and the hotel design is very good. They’re nice and friendly, and will wait for you even after midnight. Comfort averaged 3.6/5: room size 4/5, entertainment 5/5, Wi-Fi 4/5, air conditioning 2/5, and hot and cold water 5/5. Room service wasn’t rated. I didn’t rate food either, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all N/A. My overall rating was 4.3.

This seems like a good hotel. The one little issue is the toilet spray nozzle: the pressure is stronger than normal and could cause damage, haha. Thanks, Thành-Sandy.
