Dana Pearl Hotel

I’ve stayed at Dana Pearl for seven years now. It’s a small, comfortable hotel with clean, modern, quiet rooms, and there’s a coffee shop downstairs. The value is incredible for one person or a couple. With just 20 rooms, it’s set up as a boutique hotel for one or two guests per room. I’d highly recommend it for solo travelers or couples, though maybe not families with children. There’s no parking on site.

The staff were so kind and hospitable. When an Agoda mistake meant I couldn’t stay, even though it was Agoda’s problem and the hotel didn’t owe me compensation, they suggested another hotel and let me rest in the reception area while I finished my business. I’d booked an affiliated hotel, but was sent here because it was being renovated. I hope I can stay here someday. Thanks so much for the help. I’m really grateful, though I forgot to leave the staff a tip.

The location was great, the room was big and clean, and the staff were friendly. It was good value too. But the balcony was dirty, and the locks on both balcony doors didn’t work, which made my partner feel really uneasy. The staff just said not to worry because Da Nang is very safe. Management needs to fix those locks. That’s essential.

Very reasonable price for the quality, and breakfast is included. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. You’re right in the city center, with most points of interest, including museums and souvenir shops, about a 15-minute walk away. Food is easy to find when you’re hungry, there’s a beer shop right next door, and coffee is everywhere, even in the lobby. Need cash exchanged? There’s a money changer opposite with the best rate in town.
