The staff were thoughtful and very professional, always friendly and ready to help. For a long business stay, the reception area worked especially well: comfortable chairs, good tables, gentle lighting and music, and staff could keep an eye on my laptop or tablet if I asked. They even put music on for me when I worked late, sometimes until midnight. My room was well equipped, and the hair dryer was a real bonus. I’d especially recommend it to women with curly hair who need a powerful dryer. Breakfast had plenty of food and drink to choose from. Nearby, there’s a gym, cafes, a food street, and an inexpensive place for tasty smoothies and juice. Convenience and electronics stores are also an easy walk away. I stayed for two weeks during a busy work trip and had a very nice stay. The only amusing challenge was figuring out which of the two button systems to use for the elevators so one would arrive faster.

The counter staff and the security guard out front were unbelievably kind. I wasn’t feeling well and wanted a plain toasted banh mi, so I asked the guard where to find one. He hopped on his scooter and brought one back in about two minutes. Amazing staff!

Mrs Y was a huge help when our transportation plans fell through, and the rest of the staff were just as warm and helpful. They went beyond what they needed to do to welcome us. If you’re in Long Xuyen, I highly recommend staying here. It deserves a better rating.

The view was stunning, and breakfast was filling and delicious. Our room was spacious, clean, and attractive, while the reception staff were courteous and friendly.

The staff changed the bedding promptly and apologized, but I found fresh blood and hairs on it when I arrived. The room also smelled moldy. It might be okay for just one night, though I wouldn’t stay longer. Breakfast was disappointing, and traffic from the busy corner was loud through the thin balcony doors and windows.
