The service was awful. We were told the chef was at a party and couldn’t prepare the room service we ordered. They couldn’t make coffee either because the machine was broken. We were also charged for water bottles left on the table.

The rooms and bathrooms are large, and the hotel is reasonably priced. The food wasn’t anything special, though, and everything arrived cold, including the soups.

The surroundings are lovely, and dinner came as a good set menu. It’s a 4-star hotel with extensive services. The rooms are spacious but feel quite old, with standard amenities. Breakfast was fine for local and Vietnamese tastes, though not so suitable for Westerners.

The drinks were great, and Ha and Luong looked after us so well.

We stayed in rooms 720 and 719. The service, food, and location were all excellent, and the staff were so friendly, especially HOA and the Le Tan members. I’d recommend staying here, and I’ll come back too.
