The breakfast spread had plenty for vegetarians, with fruit, cakes, pastries, porridge (Daliya), cheese, salads and olives. The hotel is in a lovely setting, and the rooms are spacious and tidy, with large bathrooms and modern facilities. We also got a free welcome drink at the bar, which was a nice extra. Very comfortable stay.

At a hotel like Nam Cuong Hotel, I expected staff to be helpful, but some spoke to guests carelessly and disrespectfully. Their attitude only made the situation worse. I left with a very negative impression and wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the service improves.

My experience was terrible. The reception staff were dismissive and rude, and the service was slow and careless, with little sense of basic hospitality. The hotel felt very poorly managed and unprofessional, and its overall quality fell well below an acceptable standard. I’d strongly recommend avoiding it.

Ms. Mai Phuong from the Sales Department was a huge help. Late at night, she helped me get back my forgotten passport and found textile suppliers and addresses for my business visit. Her effort saved me a lot of work and made the stay memorable. The team clearly cares and goes beyond expectations. The hotel was spotless and well kept, and I loved the charming little piano area in the lobby.

The rooms were comfortable and the food was good. Rates here are a little high for the area, though. In Thanh Hóa, similar or even better rooms cost about half as much.
