The room was nice and the location worked well, but be very careful with the bike rental. Our bike kept cutting out in roundabouts, on streets and at intersections, leaving us in dangerous positions and nearly causing several crashes. An older man wearing a green traditional Vietnamese hat denied anything was wrong with it. When I showed staff a photo proving there was still more than half a tank of fuel, they said it had run out and then didn't seem to care. They also tried to bill us for two days, so I had to prove I'd only used it for six hours. If that man offers you a bike, I'd avoid it. There are plenty of other rental places.

We stayed for two nights. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel felt modern. The bathroom sits behind a frosted glass wall, so there isn't much privacy. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and weren't very helpful.

The hotel feels safe, clean, and relaxing, and the staff are friendly, fun to talk to, and provide great service. I do wish they'd bring the breakfast crepes and pancakes back. The cooks made them for a while, then stopped, even though guests kept eating them throughout the buffet while some other dishes were left. A lot of us wanted them to return. They're a great breakfast choice for European, Russian, and North American guests, and the staff made them delicious.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms, food, and staff were all excellent, and the service was great. It's in the city center, with reasonable prices.
