Anami Sao Viet Nha Trang

The room was clean, nice, and worth the money, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. We skipped breakfast since there are lots of cafes nearby. The rest of the hotel was very quiet, but when the lift opened at the breakfast room it was messy, packed, and loud. The lobby doesn't look like the picture, though the rooms do.

The staff were warm and caring, and after we checked out they even lent us a room to freshen up before our 10h00 PM flight to Hanoi. We couldn't have asked for better service, and we'd stay there again. Sao Viet Nha TRang. We spent two nights there in June 2022. The airport pickup was easy to arrange and connect with the driver, and check-in came with really friendly service. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel has a large outdoor pool with city and sea views and a refreshing atmosphere. We hope to return with the new normal. It's still the best hotel in town.

The staff really made the stay for my family and me. They were friendly, attentive, and professional, especially the front desk team. Their service was amazing, better than at some regular five-star chain hotels in NHa Trang city. It's one of the best four-star hotels in Nha Trang, with cheap prices and lovely staff. The hotel has a grand look, and the rooms were clean and spacious, with large bathrooms and a bathtub in each. Mine had a big window facing the sea. The decor and colours were lovely, and the swimming pool on the 12nd floor was nice. The room was a surprise, since we'd asked about a paid upgrade when we arrived but they were fully booked. It's a hidden gem because it's new and not so popular yet. I'd highly recommend Sao Viet Nha Trang Hotel in Nha Trang.

The breakfast was amazing, and the service and staff were great. The dog is floofy and polite. But the TV service needs updating, it was unwatchable, and the internet kept cutting out. I missed my interview. The fridge also made my wife very unhappy. Apart from those things, the place was great.
