I stayed at this hotel from May 30. During room cleaning, an Armani suit, a pillow and a Levi's denim jacket were stolen. The staff just shrug. Things are stolen while rooms are being cleaned! If you stay here, don't leave your belongings in the room.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. They were happy to arrange a taxi and explain to the driver where we wanted to go, or make suggestions. A minivan into the city cost $10, so we could sleep and relax on the way. Breakfast was a buffet with local dishes and some familiar options. There were a couple of handy shops nearby for snacks or ice cream. There aren't many places for dinner close by, but taxis were so easy and cheap that we had a great stay and didn't miss anything.

The room was lovely and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a TV that had Netflix and more. It's a great place to stay near the port. Trang gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful and accommodating. Her English was great, and she helped organize what we wanted to do and shared useful local tips.
