We stayed nine nights in a double deluxe with a balcony. It’s a basic mini hotel and good value if you want cheap accommodation, with a comfortable bed, smart TV, air conditioning, and thorough room cleaning. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There are markets, lots of cafes, and plenty of places to eat nearby, and the main beach strip is a short walk away. I’d stay again if I wanted to be in that part of Nha Trang.

The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and at night it was really noisy and bright because of the window and the corridor door window. Staff were highly unprofessional. Some couldn’t speak English, one said I couldn’t pay by credit card and tried to get cash instead, and room cleaning was unreliable even when requested. They changed some sheets but not others, and didn’t refill the water. The price isn’t even cheap by Vietnamese standards. Absolutely terrible experience. Cancel your booking while you still can.

Reception were helpful when I needed a very late check-in, and it wasn’t a problem. The room was clean, with nice cold air conditioning, and the central location puts you within reach of many landmarks.

This was the best room we’d had so far on our trip around Vietnam, and the price for what you get is hard to beat. There was a sofa, a table with seating, a fridge, and a balcony. The staff were really helpful too. Highly recommend.
