Liberty Central Nha Trang

Vi at reception was especially kind and helped us arrange a late checkout while we were traveling with three kids. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, from check-in through housekeeping. We also enjoyed the varied breakfast, with Vietnamese and international choices, and the rooftop pool and bar, which had great views and a relaxing feel after exploring. Liberty Central Nha Trang Hotel is right in the city center, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely city or ocean views. It offered great value and comfort, and I'd happily stay again. Highly recommend it for a memorable visit to Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Breakfast had a huge spread, but as I don't eat beef or pork and stick to chicken and seafood, I struggled to find food I liked. The omelet they made for me was tasty. The rooftop live band was a lot of fun, too. I didn't try the pool or gym. One staff member asked me to move from a sofa near the rooftop entrance because it was apparently taken. Nobody had been there for a long time and it didn't seem reservable. I didn't argue and went to a table, but I didn't like being asked to move. I found Liberty Central after my first hotel was full for the rest of my trip, and ended up wishing I'd stayed here all along. Dương, I think that was his name, at the front desk was helpful and nice. He showed me two rooms so I could choose, and I picked one with a pleasant partial sea view. It was clean, with a spacious shower and no bathtub combo. The fridge kept drinks reasonably cool, and the AC was strong enough that I sometimes turned it off. It's a great spot for walking around town or going to the beach, and the staff service was excellent. I'd stay again if I return to Nha Trang.

The pool is small and sits in full shade from early afternoon, so it can feel a bit cool. The food was good, though the public areas near the lifts were dirty. It's a large, busy hotel near the beach, and when we had a room issue, management quickly arranged an alternative for us.

The breakfast buffet is a highlight for me. The chefs serve fresh food that's nicely presented, and I enjoy starting the day there. My wife likes the spa, where the friendly, attentive staff make it feel relaxing and welcoming. There's also convenient underground parking, and the hotel feels safe and secure. I've been visiting Liberty Central Nha Trang for nearly 20 years, and I keep returning because the management makes loyal guests feel valued and cared for, almost like family. The rooms and shared areas are spotless, and the hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism. After all these years it continues to exceed my expectations.
