The bed and pillows were awful, with pillows so big and bulky they were hard to sleep on. The restaurant wasn’t clean either: tablecloths weren’t changed, and there were food stains on them. Watch out at checkout, because they may wrongly charge you for extra things. They charge 100k for an extra key, regardless of how many people are in your party.

The ocean view was the only nice part for me. The sheets were stained, there were spiderwebs in the restroom, and I’d rate the cleanliness 5/10. Breakfast wasn’t good, and both the pool and gym are extremely small. It felt like a 2 star hotel with a nice view that I paid extra for. I won’t stay again.

The room wasn’t especially clean, and smoking is allowed around the swimming pool, so this isn’t kid friendly. Also be aware of the fee: losing a key costs 100,000 vnd per key.

We stayed 12 nights in December 2024. The sea view was nice, the hotel is reasonably close to the centre, WiFi was stable and fast enough, and $30/night seemed fair. One receptionist was cordial and friendly, unlike the other. The breakfast playlist was okay. A few things made the stay less comfortable. The room was only about 25 m² and had no balcony, unlike nearby hotels. Sheets had stains, and every other morning there were one or two large cockroaches, around 1-2 cm, dead on their backs in the room. Breakfast gets 3/10. The gym had a treadmill, a lateral pull down machine with four 10kg plates, a leg press, and a bicycle. The pool on the 21 floor had dirty protective glass walls. We also had trouble with a rented motorbike. The owner didn’t come to pick it up for several days, and the bike wouldn’t start properly, so we asked to leave it in the basement until then. After a couple of days, the parking attendant or security guard kept asking whenever we entered or left when the owner would collect it. Eventually, he and a receptionist asked for VND150,000 per night to keep it, even though this was supposed to be free. The owner texted in Vietnamese saying it was a scam, and after that the receptionist and guard agreed to store it for free. The receptionist mentioned earlier never says hello and came across as unfriendly. There’s a low key construction site in front of the hotel, which may become something touristy in the future, a potential plus.
