The room is good for what you pay, but it was the owner and family who made me want to stay again if I return to Nha Trang. They're friendly, kind, and always ready to help. I'd skip booking a tour in advance. The owner had a very good deal there, much cheaper than the one I booked online with Sinhtourist, even though both used the same local company.

Room 305 was right above the street, and we heard traffic honking all night. That was our first day in Nah Trang, and the owner wouldn't move us, despite the US$65 we paid through Booking.con. The bathroom was in very poor shape, the A/C didn't work at all, and smokers were coming and going around the clock. I have pictures and a recording of what felt like a nightmare. This was the longest stay I've had, and a terrible one.

It was a great experience, and the price was good. This is a family business, so support the locals! The rooms were clean and spacious, with fresh air from the aircon and fan, plus a balcony. He was very helpful and answered all our questions about what to do and where to go. We were very happy.

Poor service ruined our stay in Nha Trang. The beds felt like sleeping on a rock floor, and the bathroom was very dirty. After checkout, they demanded 180,000 VND for 6 kg of laundry, though it was only 2 kg. They were rude and provided poor service. Worst experience in Vietnam.

The owner was friendly, and the hot water worked. Wi-Fi was normal speed. The furniture is old and it's a little noisy. Prices start at 230,000 VND.
