The bedding and pillows were yellowed, damp, and soggy, and the bathroom drain didn't work properly, so I had to shower with my feet soaking in water. On top of that, the room situation was a complete mess. Someone else was in the room I'd booked, so they put me in a different one. The next day they said I'd get my room, then assigned me yet another one. I didn't get a single apology. I seriously want to sue them. Like the person below said, they are malicious. Even cursing at them is a waste. If you don't want your blood pressure going up during your trip, don't book here.

We booked a three-bedroom apartment for six people, but the stay turned into a complete mess and ruined our trip. I don't know if it was overbooking or random room assignments, but other people have had the same experience. Please don't book here. Spend a little more and stay at a hotel. Before we even left, the host ignored our messages and calls on the day before departure, the day before that, and departure day itself. We asked Sarit, the hotel we'd booked, for help. After we departed and put in our SIM cards, we were told there were no rooms and offered an apartment next to Deval for just one night. The staff couldn't speak English, so communication was impossible, and that apartment also had only two bedrooms. They promised a three-bedroom for the next day and sent us there. The next day, the luggage they said they'd move while we were on a tour was still there. We then went to the Maple Hotel, but its check-in office was empty and we waited 30 minutes. The room turned out to have two bedrooms, not three, and was in terrible condition. Ants were crawling all over the vanity and dining table, the bathroom drained poorly, and amenities left by previous guests were still piled up. They said they'd move us to a three-bedroom the next day. We had booked four nights, so two remained. The following morning they said they couldn't give us a room because a long-term guest hadn't checked out. I gave up, and my trust was gone. With one night left, they said they'd move us, but when I asked to see the room before moving, they said they didn't know when it would be vacant and would clean it while we were out. When we came back, I didn't even know which room they meant. With only one night left, I didn't want to pack and unpack again, so I said we'd sleep somewhere else. It was the worst of the worst.

Reservations and arrangements here keep changing, so you'll burn through a lot of data on KakaoTalk. If you book, make sure you've got a good SIM card. Don't count on them changing your room when they say they will; the room waiting for you is a semi-basement. There's no point choosing a room type. They'll give you whatever room they feel like. You can write any name on your reservation, since it'll be different at checkout anyway. Even if someone tells them, they probably won't know which room you stayed in. My wife says she's never coming to Nha Trang again. I should just go home and eat some sodium. I'd be happier eating ramen at home.

You have to pay extra for both the swimming pool and the gym. Staying here makes me feel like I'm in the last car of Snowpiercer, like a parasite living in the Maple Hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.
