The view straight out to sea was stunning, with beautiful horizons to look at. Staff were kind, cooperative, and very helpful, and breakfast was delightful. I had a fantastic stay at Ruby Luxury Hotel in Nha Trang and would highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is generally okay, but the service was terrible. I had to keep asking for the room to be cleaned, and even after it was cleaned they didn't top up the water, coffee, or shower gel. I felt sick after breakfast. Maybe the meat was spoiled, or perhaps something else was wrong with it.

We were a family of seven without a reservation, but luckily the hotel still had rooms. The staff were nice and arranged early rooms for us. Although our room only had a side window, I could still enjoy a nice view of the beach. Breakfast was included, with a good buffet and plenty of choices. It was a great experience, and the price was affordable. I’d definitely return if I visit Nha Trang again.
