Seamark - Downtown and Beachwalk Apartments

Really impressive place, clean and beautifully designed. The apartment is a little pricey compared with the average, though, at 5 million VND/month.

I only managed to stay in these apartments for a month. The owner kept part of my deposit instead of returning it all, so don't be taken in by his friendly smile. He's the only Vietnamese person I've met who left me feeling bitter, and I wouldn't recommend staying with him. There was also construction right in front of the apartment, making it so noisy it was impossible to live there. My apologies! The owner's behavior was despicable. He returned only part of my deposit, so don't trust that friendly smile. After meeting him, I felt bitterness toward the only Vietnamese person I'd encountered that way. I can't recommend staying with him. Construction directly in front of the apartment made it too noisy to live in.

The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, was clean, and sat on a small side street at 5A, quiet by Nha Trang standards. We spent 19 days there in July 2018 and had a wonderful time. Louisiana is opposite, the beach is seven minutes away, and there are lots of cafes nearby, both well known and less so, like U ASHOTA and Armenia. Bus stops are close too.
