The hotel was fairly clean, but the soundproofing wasn't good. At night, motorcycle horns from the nearby road came through clearly. The toilet drain sometimes smelled of sewage, though flushing water down it temporarily cleared the smell. On the afternoon of February 8th, I went to reception about the weak WiFi signal on the 18th floor, since I needed internet for work. The receptionist said there were many people in the hotel, so the internet was slow, and apologized. I explained that I wasn't talking about speed, but signal strength, and suggested a simple router reboot. She repeated that the hotel was busy, the internet was slow, and nothing could be done. The poor internet and her refusal to listen or address the issue have put me off ever staying here again.

We'd stayed at The Time Hotel before and came back because we had such a good experience. We even extended our time in Nha Trang. It's clean and nicely placed in the city center, very close to the beach. Breakfast was enjoyable, with plenty of fresh fruit and different dishes each morning. By Vietnamese standards, it was quite tasty. The front desk staff were always friendly and did their best whenever we needed help. I'd definitely return.

The rooms were good and, on the whole, the stay was fine. There was a lot of noise, though: other guests were loud at 1 a.m., and workers were doing building work outside very early. Those issues weren't necessarily the hotel's fault.

Score: 10.10. Spacious, comfortable rooms, friendly service, a lovely rooftop with a pool, and an excellent breakfast. The price is so reasonable that sometimes I think it costs less than the service is worth. I'll keep coming back with my company or family.

The main thing I liked was the freshly made omelette at breakfast, if you got there by 9 a.m. They stopped serving food after 9:30. The other breakfast choices, coffee, and juices were all pretty bad. The guests were really noisy and dirty, leaving trash right outside our room. The beds were surprisingly firm, and the bathroom was very dark, though otherwise quite okay.
