Anantara Mui Ne Resort

Everyone on staff was kind and friendly, and they brought such warm, positive energy. I felt very safe at the resort too. The guards stayed alert while remaining polite and nice. I'm grateful we met Victor, the Assistant Manager. He was professional and attentive, and made sure our baby and we had a great experience at Anantara Mui Ne.

Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice, fresh dishes, and everything prepared well. The gardens, facilities, and main pool were excellent. Hung also acted quickly when we needed to switch rooms, which I appreciated. The beachfront is clean and well maintained, and the whole resort has a peaceful, calm feel. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. A beautiful place for a comfortable, relaxing stay by the sea. ,Steve

The sandy beach was stunning, and the staff took such attentive care of us, both in the main restaurant and at the pool bar. We spent three nights in a beautiful two-bedroom villa, a perfect retreat after a few nights in Saigon. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday, and Bebe, who was in charge of customer care, arranged a lovely cake. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for an outstanding stay.

The beachfront location in Mui Ne is good, the food by the pool was genuinely good, and there was a very kind lady in the kids' playroom. Most staff were polite and friendly. Those positives couldn't make up for how disappointing the stay was. The property is badly maintained. Rooms and shared areas are old and worn, and clearly need serious renovation. The online photos don't match the reality, which is misleading. Cleanliness was unacceptable: the floors were dirty, and tables had dust and debris on them. Management and guest care were another major problem. We raised issues and nothing was done. At checkout, the front desk didn't ask how our stay had gone or whether anything was wrong. There was no follow-up or sense that anyone cared about guests. The location gives the hotel potential, but poor upkeep and weak management ruin it. We made a clear mistake booking here. I'd strongly advise avoiding it. There's another hotel just outside the gate that looks far better. This is nowhere near what I'd expect from an Anantara property.
