The rooms felt low quality, and the hotel wasn’t good. There was no hot water at all, and they didn’t provide hand soap, just shampoo packets.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff and cleaner were excellent, always smiling and ready to help. I was fully satisfied, 10 out of 10.
